On holding the Tender for the selection of audit firms for the provision of Raiffeisen Bank Aval JSC’s financial statement audit services for the period of 2021-2024
Raiffeisen Bank Aval JSC (hereinafter – Bank) invites audit firms to participate in the tender for the selection of an audit firm (hereinafter – Tender).
- We invite the audit firms, which are entered to the section of the Register of auditors and audit firms, which is kept according to the law, listing the audit firms authorized to hold the statutory audit of public-interest entities (hereinafter - Register), and meet all the criteria defined in the Tender procedure for the selection of an audit firm for the provision of Raiffeisen Bank Aval JSC’s financial statement audit services for the period of 2021-2024 (Annex 1) to participate in the tender.
THE BANK FINANCIAL STATEMENTS’ AUDIT ASSIGNMENT INCLUDES:
- The audit and the provision of a memorandum regarding the Annual package of the Bank’s financial statements drafted according to the requirements of RBI Group’s accounting policies and the filing of a report to the chief audit team of Raiffeisen Bank International AG according to the requirements received for this package of financial statements;
- The audit and provision of the opinion on Separate financial statements of the Bank drafted according to the International Financial Reporting Standards and the requirements of the applicable law, as well as the regulations of the NBU and the NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission);
- The audit and provision of the opinion on the Consolidated financial statements of the Bank, which are drafted in Ukrainian and in English according to the requirements of the International Financial Reporting Standards, the requirements of the applicable law, as well as the regulations of the NBU and the NSSMC;
- Audit of the Report on governance (Management Report) of the Bank;
- Evaluation of the quality of the Bank’s assets and suitability of collaterals under credit operations, according to the regulatory documents of the NBU (the NBU Board Resolution No. 141 of December 22, 2017, On approval of the Regulation on the evaluation of soundness of banks and the banking system of Ukraine (as amended);
- Audit and provision of the opinion on the special-purpose annual financial reporting package of the foreign banking group, drafted according
- to the requirements of the Regulation on governing the activities of banking groups, as approved by the resolution of the National Bank of Ukraine No. 254 of June 20, 2012, as amended (Regulation No. 254);
- Review and provision of the memorandum on the audit of the respective package of the Bank’s Quarterly statements, drafted according to the requirements of RBI Group’s accounting policies and the filing of the report to the chief audit team of Raiffeisen Bank International AG, according to the guidelines for the respective package of financial statements;
- Audit and provision of the opinion on the intermediary quarterly financial statements of the Bank in terms of confirming the profit for inclusion to the Capital ratio, according to the NBU’s requirements.
The audit of financial statements of the Bank must be conducted with due account for the requirements of the applicable law, the NBU’s regulations and the requirements of the International Standards on Auditing (IASs).
SCHEDULE OF THE TENDER
- The submission of competitive bids in the Bank’s e-auction system ORACLE iProcurement SW from 20.02.2020 to 25.02.2020.
- Notifying the winner of the Tender, according to the Tender procedure for the selection of an audit firm for the provision of Raiffeisen Bank Aval JSC’s financial statement audit services for the period of 2021-2024 (Annex 1).

Raiffeisen Bank announces the implementation of a software market monitoring (hereinafter referred to as software) procedure for the administration and management of personnel and payroll. Indicative timing of the procedure: 12.26.2019 - 01.31.2020
The process of market monitoring involves:
to familiarize participants with the requirements for software for administration and management of personnel and payroll;
demonstration of existing / implemented decisions (in formats: on the territory of the Bank / reference visit / webinar) and discussion of budgetary evaluation of the decision

More detailed requirements will be provided after the Confidentiality Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

Announcement of the results of the Competition (tender) for the selection of the audit firm for the provision of Raiffeisen Bank Aval JSC’s financial statement mandatory audit services for the period of 2021-2024.
Raiffeisen Bank Joint Stock Company announces that the winner of the tender for the selection of the audit firm for the provision of Raiffeisen Bank Aval JSC’s financial statement mandatory audit services for the period of 2021-2024 is the audit firm DELOITTE & TOUCHE UKRAINIAN SERVICES COMPANY LLC.
Three audit firms took part in the tender: DELOITTE & TOUCHE UKRAINIAN SERVICES COMPANY LLC, Ernst and Young Audit Services LLC, RCM Ukraine LLC.
The proposals were evaluated with due consideration of the total score of the participants upon the analysis of the Technical and Commercial component for the selection of the audit firm for the provision of Raiffeisen Bank Aval JSC’s financial statement mandatory audit services for the period of 2021-2024.
According to the bids submitted regarding the audit services, based on the list of the services ordered, DELOITTE & TOUCHE UKRAINIAN SERVICES COMPANY LLC received the highest score.
By the decision of the Supervisory Board of Raiffeisen Bank Aval JSC of 13.11.2020 (minutes No. HP-11/3) DELOITTE & TOUCHE UKRAINIAN SERVICES COMPANY LLC was selected the winner of the competition for the selection of the audit firm for the provision of Raiffeisen Bank Aval JSC’s financial statement mandatory audit services for the period of 2021-2024.
