You don’t need to go to the branch during the quarantine, we care about you. Raiffeisen Bank cancels the payment of the penalty after the expiry of the lease of the individual vault.
You should only pay for the lease pursuant to the terms and conditions of your agreement, which you can do after the quarantine.
Please, do not leave your house without the reasonable reason and take all preventive measures.

For information about the availability of safes, contact the offices of the Bank providing the service of renting of individual safes or in the Bank's Information centre by phone 0 800 500 500 (free from landline numbers across the territory of Ukraine), in Kiev 490-88-88 or 521 from mobile (for MTS subscribers).
Access of the tenant or his authorized representative to the safe is provided by an individual password word, two keys to the safe and an individual card.
In order to determine whether the office has a safe deposit box rental service, you can go to the "Branches and ATMs" section and select the city you want, just click the "Rental of safety Deposit boxes" filter by clicking the "Settings" button. So only those offices will be able to provide the service on the map.
The service related to the lease of the individual safe boxes is provided on the terms and conditions of the Lease agreement, which is concluded for an unlimited period. The period of the safe box lease defined in the Agreement shall not exceed 732 days. At any time within the effective period of the Lease Agreement the Customer has the right to initiate the termination of the Agreement by making an application or sending the letter in any form. The lease pay for the period that is left until the expiration of the
lease period defined in the Lease Agreement is not returned to the customer.
The changes and amendments to the Agreement are introduced by signing of the additional agreement between the Bank’s customer, except for the cases provided in the Agreement.
The amount of costs subject to payment by the customer and/or the procedure of its calculation, including taxes, are defined in the Tariffs.

Out-of-court consideration of the customers’ complaints is carried out through the consideration by the Bank of the customers’ complaints and applications according to the procedure and within the period defined in the law of Ukraine On applications of citizens».
The guarantee funds and compensation schemes are not stipulated in the law of Ukraine as regards the provision of the respective service to the Customer.
