Notification on voting period for Raiffeisen Bank Aval JSC shareholders` meeting on September, 11, 2020

Dear shareholders of Raiffeisen Bank Aval Joint-Stock Company!

 We kindly remind you about the upcoming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (hereinafter - the Meeting) on September 11, 2020.

The Bank's shareholders' meetings will be held REMOTELY through the national depository system of Ukraine

The list of shareholders entitled to participate in the Meeting is drawn up as of 23:59 on September 7, 2020.

If you choose to take part in the Meeting, the Custodian of Raiffeisen Bank Aval JSC (hereinafter - the Custodian) is expecting you starting August 31, 2020 (from 09:30 to 17:00) till September 11, 2020 (from 09:30 to 15:00) inclusive.

Due to current quarantine measures, please do not postpone your visit to the Custodian for your participation in the Meeting. Please register in advance via phone (044) 498-79-30 or E-mail custody.retail@aval.ua (please wait for a confirmation letter with the date and time of the visit) to appoint the date and time of your visit to the Custodian.

We would also like to inform you that during your visit to the Custodian, it is not planned to provide promotional products with the Bank's logo.

Notification on payments only with IBAN details

Dear Customer!

Please be informed that starting from January 13, 2020 strict control over payments only with IBAN details is established on the level of NBU’s SEP.

In case you had not provided information on cash account for income payment in the IBAN form, and you plan to receive income payments, we kindly ask you to provide respective information to the Depositary Institution. 

If the Depositary Institution receives payments for the securities beloning to the client, who did not provide an appropriate IBAN cash account number, the Depositary Institution will not be able to transfer them.

Work schedule of the Depository Institution Raiffeisen Bank Aval JSC during New Year holidays

December 21, 2019 - Depositary institution operates as usual.

December 25, 2019 - Christmas, public holiday, the day off.

December 26, 27, 2019 - Depositary institution operates as usual.

December 28, 2019 - Depository Institution works with clients till 13:00.

The Depositary institution shall not perform transactions related to the execution of transactions through the Central Depository system.

For transactions related to the execution of operations without DVP with the NBU Depository - Depository Institution will work till 13:00.

December 30, 31, 2019 and January 1, 2020 – the days off.

January 2, 2020 - Depository institution operates as usual.

For transactions which are executed through the Central Depository - On this day transactions related to execution of settlement for transactions with DVP, as well as operations on settlements for securities transactions committed on the stock exchange without DVP are not carried out.

Transactions through the NBU Depository are not carried out.

January 3, 8, 2020 - Depository institution operates as usual.

January 6, 7, 2020 – the days off.

January 11, 2020 - Depository institution operates as usual.

Dear Customers!

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that from 10/16/2018 the provision of Raiffeisen Bank Aval services under the Agreement on servicing an account in securities at Raiffeisen Bank Aval, which is concluded with resident individuals, is carried out on the terms of the Public offer. You can familiarize yourself with the public offer and documents in the "Documents" section.

In case of entering into the Agreement on servicing an account in securities or the Agreement on opening and maintaining a securities account before October 16, 2018, I ask you to apply to the Depository to sign the Application for Accession to the Agreement on servicing an account in securities.

To the attention of the clients of the Depositary institution, which, in the period up to 16.08.2017, concluded with

Raiffeisen Bank Aval, an agreement on servicing an account in securities.

In connection with the entry into force of the Procedure for sending the joint stock company communications to shareholders through the depository system of Ukraine, approved by the Decision of the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market of March 07, 2017, No. 148, there was a need to bring into contractual relations between the depositary institution and clients.

In order to save time and set up an effective process, we ask clients - individuals to apply to the management of depository activities of JSC Raiffeisen Bank Aval by sending an e-mail to custody.retail@aval.ua or by calling (044) 498-79-30 , for the coordination of further actions related to the conclusion of the Supplementary Agreement to the Agreement on servicing an account in securities. The specified Additional Agreement is a new edition of the Agreement on servicing an account in securities, which contains all requirements of the current legislation and does not impair the terms of service of the depositary institution's clients.

We draw your attention: in case if the Agreement on servicing an account in securities will not be brought in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, the Depositary institution will not be able to send you a notice on corporate actions of the issuer.

In the event that the Supplementary Agreement, which contains all the requirements of the effective legislation concerning the terms of the Agreement, the Depository Organization, is not signed to the Agreement on servicing an account in securities or the Agreement on the opening and maintenance of a securities account, concluded before August 5, 2014, has the right to refuse you in conducting depositary operations by order.
