How do I view the credit history?

You can get access to your own credit history and view it by using the services of the First Ukrainian Credit Bureau, where it is stored. 

How do I get this service?  

  • Contact the closest branch of Raiffeisen Bank Aval. You must have the Ukrainian passport, the tax id and provide a valid email address;
  • Choose the necessary payment plan;
  • Indicate your personal details in the payment order for service payment;
  • Make the first payment for the service in the bank’s cash desk. After that payment can also be made via the personal user account on the web site of the First Ukrainian Credit Bureau;
  • The letter with the data for log-in to your personal user account and detailed guidelines on the use of the service will be mailed to you within five days of the payment for the service.

In future, all changes and updates to your credit history will be received in the form of an electronic letter sent to your e-mail.

Terms of early termination of loan agreement

The loan facility (loan) is provided under the terms of the Banking Service Agreement, which consists of a public offer, a statement of acceptance of a public offer/agreement, "Rules for Banking Services of Individuals in Raiffeisen Bank Aval JSC" (hereinafter - the Rules), the lender's tariffs and an application for opening a card account and granting a loan "Credit Card."

The contract may be terminated by agreement of the parties, at the initiative of one of the parties or in cases stipulated by the legislation of Ukraine.

After full repayment of the loan debt (including early payment) and closing by the client of all accounts opened under the Agreement, the client has the right to initiate termination of the Agreement by contacting the Bank's branch with a corresponding written statement. The Agreement shall be deemed terminated on the date of acceptance by the Bank of the Client's application for termination of the Agreement.

The Bank shall have the right to initiate termination of the Agreement in the presence of one of the following circumstances: violation by the client of its obligations to the Bank under the Agreement or other agreements; in case the client and/or the customer's accounts carry out prohibited transaction(s) or transaction(s) containing signs subject to financial monitoring; occurrence of circumstances which are grounds for termination of the Bank's provision of the services provided by the Agreement to the client; closing of all customer accounts opened under the terms of the Contract; absence of use of the Bank's services provided for in the Agreement.

 In case of termination of the Agreement at the initiative of the Bank, the Bank shall terminate the provision of services under the Agreement from the date of sending the relevant notification to the client (or within another period provided for by the notification).

WARNING to individual customers when using the Credit Card consumer credit service

The service of providing Raiffeisen Bank Aval JSC (hereinafter - the Bank) with consumer loans under the credit card program is provided by the Bank to individual customers under the terms of the Banking Service Agreement.

The Banking Service Agreement (hereinafter - the Agreement) is an accession agreement (Article 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine) and consists of a public offer, a statement of acceptance of a public offer/agreement, "Rules for Banking Service of Individuals in Raiffeisen Bank Aval JSC", Bank tariffs and a loan application "Credit Card".

In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the client of the loan obligations established by the Agreement, the client is liable according to the legislation of Ukraine and the terms of the Agreement.

Thus, for the delay in the fulfillment by the client of any monetary obligations under the loan, the client must pay a penalty at the request of the Bank in the amount of 1% (one percent) of the amount of overdue payment, but in any case not less than 50 (fifty) hryvnias.

Also, in case of non-return of the loan by the client on the last day of the loan term, the client must pay interest to the Bank (as liability for violation of the monetary obligation under Article 625 of the Civil Code of Ukraine) in the amount of 0.000001% to 48.00% per annum.

The Bank shall not require the client to purchase any goods or services from the Bank or a related or associated person as a prerequisite for the provision of a consumer credit service (except for the provision of a package of banking services).

The Bank shall not be entitled to amend the Loan Card application with the client unilaterally unless otherwise provided by the Agreement or the law.

 The customer may refuse to receive promotional materials by means of remote communication channels.

On the right of the consumer to refuse the consumer loan agreement

In the case of issuing a credit card on the terms of the tariff model "Credit Card 100 days," the client has the right to refuse the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the consumer loan agreement without explanation, including in the case of receipt of funds by the client. The Client shall inform the Bank of his intention to abandon the consumer loan agreement in written paper form. Within 7 calendar days from the date of submission of the written notice of refusal of the consumer loan agreement, the client is obliged to return to the Bank the money received under the agreement and pay interest for the period from the day of receipt of the funds to the day of their return at the rate established by the consumer loan agreement.

In the case of issuing a credit card on the terms of the tariff models "Credit Card Want Card 2.0," "Fishback Credit Card," "Platinum Credit Card," "Elite Credit Card," which provide for the Bank to provide the client with credit funds not only for its own (personal) needs, but also for the purpose of payment by the client of an insurance payment to the insurer, whose insurance service is provided to the client before the expiration of 14 days after the conclusion of the consumer loan agreement, in accordance with paragraph 2 of part 6 of article 15 of the Consumer Lending Law of Ukraine, the Client does not have the right to refuse the consumer loan agreement.

Is it possible to get an official certificate about the status or absence of debt?

It is possible to receive an official certificate on the state of debt under an existing loan or on the absence of debt to the Bank by calling the Bank's Information Center (0 800 500 500) or by requesting the Raiffeisen Online chat. Details.
