The Bank’s customers may use the web version and the mobile application
Use of Web-version
Enable notification on your card transactions (receipt and withdrawal of funds)
Enable 3D-Secure service to confirm the Internet transactions with one-time passwords
Enable log-in to the application via Touch/Face ID or PIN code
Check SMS/PUSH notifications from the Bank carefully, they contain the information on the transaction that must be confirmed with a one-time password
Check when the last log-in to the system took place (More – Profile settings – Last login)
SMS with a one-time password making any online payments to confirm the transaction
1. Log in Raiffeisen Online.
2. Click on the card (or go to the "Accounts" menu item and select the card).
3. Select the "Actions" menu, then "3D Secure Settings".
4. Click Change 3D Secure Number and enter a new phone number.
5. A valid 3D Secure number will receive an SMS message with a one-time password or a PUSH message to confirm the changes. After entering password, 3D Secure number will be changed.

The recommended password length is 10-12 symbols as the minimum.
Change the password at least once in 3 months. Make sure that nobody is watching you when you enter the password.
In order to log in to Raiffeisen Online, do not use the connection based on a banner link or links received by email from the senders other than the Bank.
The Bank shall under no circumstances send emails with a request for the password, link or following via the specified email address. Do not reply to such requests, do not click links and do not open attachment.
If you detect unauthorized access to Raiffeisen Online system, change the system access password urgently and contact the bank’s Call Center at: 0 800 500 500 to receive recommendations on further actions
All the sms messages from the bank are received from the registered alpha-name Raiffeisen exclusively
