March 14. — Raiffeisen Bank Aval and Bayer announce the launch of its new affiliate program financing “the Bill is under 1%”, which provides a unique environment of bill avalization* for consumers – farms and farmers all under 1%.  this was announced today during a joint press conference in Kiev.
