Raiffeisen Bank payout remittances in US dollars received from the USA and Canada using the money transfer system Meest.
How to receive?
Please note:
- - the payment of transfers is free of charge;
- - the funds available for payment the next working day after sending;
- - the currency and rates for sending remittances can be obtained from the operators who carry them in the US and Canada.

1 - Taxpayer identification code must be provided to the Branch employee in cases provided by the legislation of Ukraine.
Transfers from abroad are paid in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. All disputes arising between participants and users (senders and receivers) of the system Meest money transfer should be resolved through negotiations and in court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

Information about the service
The service related to receiving transfers via Meest is provided on the terms and conditions of adhesion agreement, which is an application for the transfer receipt according to the form defined by the Bank. The application for the transfer receipt may not be changed or amended.
The Customer- initiator of the transfer has the right to refuse to conclude the agreement before the funds under the transfer are payout at the cash-desk of the Bank.
The amount of costs subject to payment by the customer and/or the procedure of its calculation, including taxes, are defined in the Tariffs:
Meest. The payment of Meest transfers by Bank is free of charge.
The Tariffs include the amount of costs subject to payment by the customer and/or the procedure of its calculation, including taxes.
Out-of-court consideration of the customers’ complaints is carried out through the consideration by the Bank of the customers’ complaints and applications according to the procedure and within the period defined in the law of Ukraine On applications of citizens.
The guarantee funds and compensation schemes are not stipulated in the law of Ukraine as regards the provision of the respective service to the Customer (unless the amount of the transfer is credited to the customer’s account opened in the Bank).
