From 15 till 17 November is the time for all settings.

 

Raiffeisen Bank loyalty program is getting better and more useful for it`s clients.

We need some time to update it and therefore from 15 till 17 November the loyalty program will be unavailable forusers both in mobile and web versions of our Internet banking. We apologize in advance for inconvenience and will do our best to provide an improved version of the program as soon as possible.

What is useful to add to the existing benefits:

1. It will be possible to use the your cashbacks at once, without waiting for 14 days. The limits remain the same.

2. The holders of "2 cashbacks" credit card from Raiffeisen Bank will immediately receive cashbacks for card replenishment operations without waiting for the end of the month.

3. It will be possible to activate the program immediately after receiving Raiffeisen Bank card and registering inRaiffeisen Online app.

During updates we will save all cashbacks accrued to clients and transfer it to the new software. The transfer and size of cashbacks can be checked in history, the history of previous charges for purchases will not be displayed.

It goes without doubts that we will also accrue all bonuses for all purchases made on November 16-18 and in the future. You can check it in history.
