In compliance with the requirements of Article 67¹ of the Law of Ukraine "On Banks and Banking Activities" (hereinafter – the Banking Law), JSC “Raiffeisen Bank” (hereinafter – the Bank) submits to the Credit Register of the National Bank of Ukraine (hereinafter – the Credit Register) information regarding credit transactions carried out with a client–borrower, as specified in Part 1 of Article 49 of the Banking Law, if the amount of indebtedness (principal and interest) under such credit transactions equals or exceeds 100 minimum wages (or the equivalent amount in foreign currency).

The Bank submits information to the Credit Register in the scope and format specified in Part 3 of Article 67¹ of the Banking Law, and in accordance with the procedure established by the National Bank of Ukraine.
