The Bank continues to provide all the remote services in a standard mode. We recommend to resolve the majority of financial issues in the applications MyRaif and Raiffeisen Business Online or on Raif’s website in the section “Payments and transfers”.
There are Raif’s branches (stand-by branches) in each region, in which you can receive the whole list of the banking services even during power outages, in particular, cash desk financial services. You can check the addresses of such branches at the link.
Please remember that during the air raid alert all Raif’s branches suspend their activities. We care about the safety of our customers and our staff. When you hear the air raid alert, we recommend you to proceed to the shelter as quick as possible.

Humanitarian aid for Ukrainians
The National Bank of Ukraine opened the account for sending of the humanitarian aid to the Ukrainians affected by the Russian aggression. To send the funds you shall take the following actions:
- Log in Raiffeisen Online.
- Select section “Payments”.
- Go to “Humanitarian aid for Ukrainians” and follow the guidelines on the screen.
Information for private individuals

The Bank temporary suspends its operations in all branches in Sumy, Kherson regions and in Kyiv, as well as operations in certain branches in Donetsk, Luhansk, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Vinnytsia, Zaporizhzhia, Zhytomyr, Mykolaiv and Chernihiv regions.
In other regions of Ukraine, the working hours of branches are reduced and are the following 9:00-16:00.

Money transfers in MoneyGram system (from abroad and within the territory of Ukraine) can be received via MyRaif mobile application. Western Union
Sending of money transfers abroad in Western Union system is currently suspended pursuant to the requirements of clause 17 of the National Bank of Ukraine Board Resolution of 24.02.2022 No.18 “On Operation of the Banking System Under Martial Law”. You can send Western Union money transfers in the domestic currency in the territory of Ukraine at a Bank’s branch according to the applicable tariffs.
Money transfers in Western Union system (both from abroad and within the territory of Ukraine) can be received at a Bank’s branch and via the Chat of MyRaif payment application. Raiffeisen Express
Raiffeisen Express money transfers can be received in the domestic currency within the territory of Ukraine at a Bank’s branch and via the Chat of MyRaif payment application.
SWIFT- transfers
Sending of SWIFT-transfers outside Ukraine from own current accounts in foreign currency is allowed only subject to tranfer of funds to perform the following transactions:
- Payment of medical expenses at healthcare institutions in foreign countries (including rehabilitation services), as well as ancillary and additional expenses related to the treatment process (including consultations, laboratory tests, inpatient stay/accommodation, meals); purchase of prostheses and their components; payment for installation, maintenance, and repair of prostheses; payment of expenses for patient transportation; payment of expenses related to the death of citizens abroad (transportation and burial expenses), including transactions involving insurance payments (insurance indemnities) under insurance contracts for persons traveling abroad, to the accounts of non‑resident assistance companies;
- Payment for education, as well as services accompanying the education of students abroad (including payment for accommodation, visa issuance for the period of study, transfers from dormitories to educational facilities, meals, insurance, and medical services in case emergency medical care is required). Such transfers may be made to the accounts of foreign educational institutions or to the accounts of non‑resident legal entities that, based on authority granted by educational institutions, collect payments;
- Transfers within a monthly limit of UAH 400,000 (or its equivalent at the official NBU exchange rate) for payment for certain goods that contribute to strengthening Ukraine’s defense capability, classified under the following UKTZED codes in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Customs Tariff of Ukraine”: 8507, 6211 43 90 00, 6506 10 80 00, 61–62, 6403–6405, 3926, 6217, 9005 10 00 00, 9005 80 00 00, 8802 20 00 00, 8802 30 00 00, 9404 30 00 00, 3926 90 92 90, 30, 8517, 8525, 8806, 9025, 2915, 3824, 3920, 8407, 8526, 8529, 8537, 8542, 8543, 8807, 9004, 9013, 9014, 9015, 9027.
Such goods include body armor, bulletproof vests, helmets, military and tactical uniforms, military and tactical footwear, protective clothing, optical surveillance devices, unmanned aerial vehicles, sleeping bags, sleeping pads, first aid supplies, etc.; - Transfers for the payment of alimony;
- Transfers by non‑resident individuals of foreign currency purchased using funds received in the event of the death of a serviceman, in accordance with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 28 February 2022 No. 168 “On Certain Payments to Servicemen, Rank-and-File and Command Staff, Police Officers and Their Families During Martial Law”;
- Transfers by servicemen who are non‑residents of funds received as monetary remuneration in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, in an amount not exceeding the equivalent of UAH 400,000 per calendar month (credited by 01.05.2026). Such transactions are permitted through the bank where the account for crediting the monetary remuneration is opened;
- Transfers of foreign currency by electronic residents (e‑residents) to their own accounts opened outside Ukraine, provided that such transfers are made using funds received from abroad from non‑residents, after payment of taxes stipulated by Ukrainian legislation, and without the use of an electronic payment instrument;
- Transfers of foreign currency for the purpose of returning social benefits by individuals that they received in foreign countries, to the accounts of authorized authorities of foreign states;
- Transfer operations by non‑resident individuals of funds that, from 1 May 2026, were credited to their accounts in the national currency in Ukrainian banks as:
- wages and other payments stipulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Remuneration of Labor”;
- payments to members of the supervisory board/board of directors/executive body of a legal entity established under Ukrainian law, provided for by the terms of civil law contracts concluded in accordance with Ukrainian legislation with such legal entity.
Such operations are permitted through the bank where the account for crediting the monetary remuneration is opened.
- To carry out the above‑listed foreign currency transfers abroad, Clients may, if necessary, purchase non‑cash foreign currency and/or exchange non‑cash foreign currency into another foreign currency on the foreign exchange market of Ukraine.
Sending of SWIFT-transfers within the territory of Ukraine from own current accounts in foreign currency is allowed only subject to transfer of funds to: - own account opened with Raif or an account opened with another Ukrainian bank;
- accounts of the relatives opened with Raif or with another Ukrainian bank based on the documents confirming the family ties (the list of the relatives – the transfer beneficiaries, is provided in the NBU Board Resolution No.5 of 02.01.2019);
- special fundraising account dedicated to support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
To receive a SWIFT-transfer you can open an account in foreign currency in MyRaif payment application. The transfer currency should correspond to the currency of the account, the payment details can be also copied in the application.
Please, bear in mind that currently a number of restrictions apply according to clause 17 of the NBU Board Resolution No. 18 of 24.02.2022 “On Operation of the Banking System Under Martial Law”.
Cards and payments:
- The effective period of the cards that expire starting from February 2022 is extended for 3 years;
- You can order a virtual card (in UAH, USD or EUR) to the existing or new account in the chat in MyRaif application;
- If you do not have a plastic card, you can pay with the virtual card by adding it to Apple Pay or Google Pay via Raiffeisen Online.

PAY ATTENTION:
- You can check the presence of the credit offer in Raiffeisen Online application;
- The penalty under loans is not accrued — moratorium.
- Military officers can receive the interest rate decrease by contacting the Call Center, the Bank's branch or in the chat in Raiffeisen Online application
- You can repay the loan or replenish a credit card via the application Raiffeisen Online or on the website of the bank in the section "Transfers and payments" using the cards issued by other Ukrainian banks.
If you have difficulties with the repayment, fill in the application:
- Cash withdrawal from accounts in UAH on the territory of Ukraine is temporary restricted to UAH 100 000 per day per customer, more details at the link.
- Cash withdrawal from accounts in foreign currency is allowed in the amount up to UAH 100 000 per day according to the NBU Resolution No. 58 of 21.03.2022. The amount is calculated in the currency of the account (EUR, USD) at the NBU exchange rate as of the date of the calculation.
- We remind about the service “Cash at the cash-desk” at the stores and petrol stations. You can withdraw cash funds, when paying for you purchases in the stores of ATB, Silpo, Fora, Varus, Eva, NOVUS, FOZZY, OKKO, UKRNAFTA, Epicentr, Bila Romashka pharmacies and other retail networks.
- Cash foreign currency can be purchased at the cash desks of the Bank's branches within the limits of cash balances in the cash desk of the branch in accordance with the law.
- You can buy non-cash foreign currency in Raiffeisen Online:
- within the monthly limit of UAH 50 thousand (in equivalent) with placement on a current/card account;
- within the monthly limit of UAH 200 thousand (equivalent) with placement on a deposit account.
- You can sell foreign currency to the Bank Raiffeisen Online or in the Bank’s branch.
- You can transfer funds from the account in foreign currency to the card in UAH via foreign currency exchange in Raiffeisen Online.
- You can order virtual card via the chat in the application (More - Contact the Bank).
Operations of branches and ATMs:
All efforts of the Bank are aimed at minimizing the risks for the life and health of its employees and customers, thus, the bank has to suspend the operations of some branches and servicing of some ATMs.
Those branches that remain open operate according to the standard schedule.

Cash withdrawal in ATMs:
- Starting from 25.05.2022 the commission fee for the cash withdrawal in the network of branches and ATMs will constitute 2% (except for the holders of premium service packages Prestige and Exclusive).
- Cash withdrawal from accounts in UAH is limited to UAH 12,5k (in the equivalent) per 7 calendar days (from Monday to Sunday) according to the requirements of the NBU BR No. 18 of 24.02.2022, details at the link.
Payments in foreign currency:
- The monthly limit for settlements abroad with the use of payment cards in UAH amounts to UAH 100k (in the equivalent) from all customer’s account in the Bank in the domestic currency.
Replenishment of cards and accounts:
- In order to receive a SWIFT-transfer you can open an account in foreign currency in the application Raiffeisen Online. The currency of the transfer should match the currency of the account, the details can be also copied in the application;
- You can transfer funds from the account in foreign currency to the card in UAH via foreign currency exchange in Raiffeisen Online.
- You can replenish a credit card via the application Raiffeisen Online or on the website of the bank in the section "Transfers and payments" using the cards in UAH issued by any Ukrainian bank.
- You can repay a cash loan and mortgage using the payment card VISA/MasterCard issued by any Ukrainian or foreign bank in any currency on the website of the bank in the section "Transfers and payments".
- We continue accruing interest under the deposits according to the terms of the agreements.
- Early termination of deposits is possible only under the deposits the terms and conditions of which provide such possibility.

Important information for business customers
- Opening of current accounts for new business customers is possible both during the visit to the Bank’s brunch and remotely;
- Opening of card accounts with the issue of the embossed business cards for all new and existing business customers is possible both during the visit to the Bank’s branch and remotely, provided that cards are delivered only to the open branches.
- For remote accounts opening you should fill in the application on the website and provide the documents according to list signed with the qualified electronic signature. Individual entrepreneurs can open an account online, more details at the link.
Card that expired:
- In February 2022 – will be accepted until 02/2025;
- From February 2022 to February 2024 –will be prolonged for 1095 days (3 years);
- After February 2024–will be automatically prolonged for 1095 days (3 years);
- During the period of the martial law the service “Free of charge personal delivery” (for customer serviced within the service package Business direct) is provided only in Kyiv.
- Withdrawal of cash on the territory of Ukraine, withdrawal of cash and settlements abroad are temporarily restricted according to the requirements of the NBU BR No. 18 of 24.02.2022, more details at the link.

Lending for business customers
We suspended disbursement of new loans to business-banking customers (individual entrepreneurs and legal entities);
For loans without the overdue debt or loans, under which the delay in payment does not exceed 30 days inclusive as of 22.02.2022:
1. We applied repayment holidays for 2 months;
2. We prolonged the loan period for 2 months (except for revolving credit lines and credit cards). The effective period of credit limit for credit cards will be automatically prolonged according to the procedure defined in the loan agreement);
3. For the period of repayment holidays the payment under the loan and interests shall constitute UAH 0.00;
Payments under the principal amount of Loan and interests specified in the Schedule for the period of Repayment holidays shall be shifted for 2 months after the ending date of the Repayment holidays;
in case of overdue debt with the delay not exceeding 30 days –its capitalization and penalty cancelling, if any.
We decreased limits for overdrafts according to the outstanding debt amount as of 24.02.2022. Funds received to the current account will be used for the debt repayment.
We increased the period of continuous debit balance from 90 to 180 days for customers, for customers whose continuous debit balance exceeded 60 days as of 24.02.2022
Overdraft period will be prolonged up to 25.04.2022 (for overdrafts, under which the agreement expires during the period from 24.02.2022 to 25.03.2022).
For credit cards:
1. We applied repayment holidays for 2 months and cancelled mandatory monthly payment for the period of the repayment holidays;
2. The principal debt under the loan will be increased by the amount of accrued and not repaid interests (debt capitalization);
3.Credit line limit will be set on the level of actual debt considering unauthorized overdraft (if the debt amount after restructuring exceeds the credit limit amount stipulated in the loan agreement).
