Card Benefits
How to Start Receiving the "National Cashback"?
To start receiving the "National Cashback," you can either open a separate payment card or link an existing one. Simply tap on your card in the app and select "Connect to National Cashback." If you don't have a card, you can create one by following these three simple steps:
How Does the National Cashback Work?
The program is simple: you use your card with the "National Cashback" feature to pay for Ukrainian-made products that are part of the program. Then, a 10% cashback from the government is credited to the card you specified in the Diia app.
You can check if a product is part of the program using the scanner on the "Made in Ukraine" website or in the Diia mobile app. The full list is also available in the program's catalog on the website. The maximum cashback amount per month is 3000 UAH.
Here's an example of how it works: if you buy Ukrainian cheese for 500 UAH and this cheese is part of the program, 50 UAH (10%) is returned to your card as cashback from the government. You also receive additional cashback from Raiffeisen if you selected this category in the app.
How to Pay with the National Cashback Card?
Pay with the card at participating stores just like a regular bank card or via Apple Pay or Google Pay. Cashback is automatically credited when you purchase items from the program's list.
What Can You Spend Cashback On?
Cashback credited to your card can be used for payments via terminal or online for:
- Utility bills
- Dining establishments
- Donations to the Armed Forces of Ukraine
- Purchasing military bonds
- Payments for transport, mobile services, medical services, sports, cinema, and other services in Ukraine — according to the list of MCC categories
A detailed list of current categories is available in the MyRaif app or on the program's website. Cashback can be used until December 31, 2025.
In summary, the National Cashback program is a unique opportunity to support Ukrainian manufacturers while also gaining financial benefits.
