A WARNING TO PI CUSTOMERS when using the service of card account opening and maintaining with a debit payment card
The service of the card account opening with a debit payment card (hereinafter – “bank service”) is provided by Raiffeisen Bank JSC (hereinafter – Bank) to PI customers based on the Bank Service Agreement.
The Bank Service Agreement (hereinafter – Agreement) is an agreement of accession (article 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine) and consists of a public proposal, the statement of acceptance of the public proposal/agreement, the Bank Service Rules for Private Individuals in Raiffeisen Bank JSC, the Bank’s tariffs and the application for a card account opening and maintenance.
In the event of non-performance or improper performance of the obligations under the Agreement by the customer, the customer shall be liable according to the law of Ukraine, as well as the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
The possible consequences for a customer in the event of the use of the bank service or non-performance of the obligation under the Agreement on providing such bank service are stipulated by Article 1, Section 9 of the Bank service rules for private individuals.
The Bank is prohibited to demand that the customer should purchase any goods or services from the Bank or its related person as a mandatory condition for the bank service provision (except for the provision of a bank service package).
The Bank has no right to amend the application for opening and maintaining a card account concluded with the customer unilaterally, unless otherwise stipulated by the Agreement or the law.
The Customer may refuse to receive advertisement materials by means of remote communication channels.

The required documents are the Diya application with the ID card or international passport.
Urgently notify Raiffeisen Bank Aval of the loss (theft) of the card to block it by calling the Information Center:
0 (800) 500-500 (free in Ukraine)
0 (44) 490-88-88 (for Kyiv and calls from abroad)
521 (free for Vodafone mobile operator).
When you contact the Information Center, you can immediately order a new card to be issued to your account. It will be available in 10 days at your chosen bank branch.
2. Lock the card yourself using Raiffeisen Online. On the bank's website you can also order an additional card to your account and receive it at your chosen bank branch in 10 days.
3. You can also block your own payment card at your nearest Raiffeisen Bank Aval office.

• Password to “Raiffeisen Online” Internet-BankingDo not disclose the above mentioned data to any third parties, despite any introduction they make.
The Bank has all the necessary information for servicing your card.
In case of the amount of transaction is more than available balance overdraft arises on the card account. In this case Bank will follow Banking Rules for private Individuals in accordance with Article 8, paragraph 8.6. Section 2
