Payment of remittances sent by legal entities for the benefit of natural persons on the basis of an agreement between the bank and the sending legal entity (cash remuneration, commission remuneration, wages and other payments not related to the business and investment activities of the recipients, within the limits of the legislation of Ukraine) in UAH with no opening the account¹.

To receive transfer:

1. In the Bank branch:

visit any branch of the Bank with your passport and identification code;
inform the employee of the department of the name of the sender (name of Legal Entity), the amount of the transfer and the 12-digit control number (further - mandatory data for payment of the transfer);
withdraw funds²;

2. Remotely by submitting an application (message) through the Raiffeisen Online System:

contact the chat bot of the Raiffeisen online system (menu "Contact with the bank" → "Messages");
enter all mandatory data for payment of the transfer;
specify the current/card account to which you wish to receive the transfer. If you do not have an account in the currency of payment of the transfer, you will be asked to open such an account;
get funds transferred to your account².

1. With the exception of cases when the payment to the current account of a private individual - reciever of the transfer is carried out in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation and rules of the "Raiffeisen Express" payment system.

2. Fee for a transfer made by a legal entity in favor of an individual is paid by the legal entity in accordance with the contract concluded between the Bank and the legal entity. Payment of such transfer to an individual is free of charge.
