Sending transfers from individuals to other individuals via Raiffeisen Express has been suspended

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Payment Services” and NBU Board Resolution No. 208 “On Approval of the Regulation on the Registration of Payment Systems, Participants of Payment Systems and Payment Service Technology Operators” dated September 26, 2022, the Raiffeisen Express interbank payment system will cease operations on June 1, 2023.

Accordingly, as of April 26, 2023, the Bank has suspended Raiffeisen Express transfers sent by individuals to other individuals.

Clients who sent transfers that remain unpaid will be notified by phone, provided their phone numbers are available in the Bank’s systems.

Unpaid Raiffeisen Express transfers sent by individuals to other individuals will be refunded by May 26, 2023, to sender-clients who hold current or card accounts with the Bank.

Transfers from legal entities to individuals will continue to be available through the “Raiffeisen Express” Payment Transaction Execution Scheme, which will replace the Raiffeisen Express system.
