JSC "Raiffeisen Bank" (hereinafter, the Bank) promotes inclusive financial services, ensuring accessibility for all consumers based on principles of non-discrimination, regardless of age, disability, functional impairments, level of communication abilities, or circumstances, thereby increasing the level of participation of all consumers in society.

For 33 years, Raiffeisen has been creating financial products and providing services accessible to everyone.

We have invested over 100 million UAH in refurbishing branches to ensure barrier-free access:

  • 76% of the network (228 branches) have external accessibility, with ramps, handrails, and lifts for clients.
  • 50% of the network (157 branches) are equipped with inclusive ATMs, adapted for clients with visual impairments.

Our employees undergo special training to serve clients with visual and hearing impairments, ensuring equal opportunities for all. Additionally, sign language interpreter assistance is available in the contact center for clients with hearing impairments.
