In 2014-2015, he occupied the position of First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine.

From June 2016 to August 2019, Mr. Pysaruk worked in the International Monetary Fund.

From 3 October 2019, he has occupied the post of Chairman of the Board of Raiffeisen Bank.

Married. Has three children.

Born in Kyiv in 1975.

Ms Gurina is a graduate of European University, with a major in Finance and Credit.

Ms Gurina has the banking experience of more than 25 years.

She started her career in March 1994 as a specialist-assistant to the Board member in JSPPB Aval.

Since then she held various positions in different areas: stock transactions, foreign currency control, treasury, credit operations, loan portfolio monitoring and problem loans.

In July 2007, Ms Gurina was appointed the Deputy Chief Risk Officer – Head of Corporate Risk Management Division of the Bank.

Since January 2012, Ms Gurina has held the position of the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Raiffeisen Bank responsible for risk management and problem loans.

Ms Gurina is married and has three children.

Born in 1970 in Zaporizhya. She has higher technical and economic education.

Oksana Shevchenko has been working in the banking sector since 1994, and in Raiffeisen Group — since 2001. Ms. Shevchenko is a highly qualified specialist in the spheres of management, organization and improvement of banking processes.

During her work with Raiffeisen Bank, she has been responsible for different directions of the bank’s activity: from 2006 to 2008, she headed Zaporizhya Regional Directorate of Raiffeisen Bank; from 2008 to 2014, she occupied the position of Head of Organization and Process Management Division; from 2014 she has taken the post of Chief Operations Officer being responsible for the back-office operation of the bank, including the centralized unit in Kherson city.

In September 2016, Ms. Shevchenko was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board, responsible for the bank’s Operations business line.

Born in 1982 in Albania.

Enkelejd Zotaj holds a Master in Computer Sciences from the University of Tirana, and completed his MBA program developed jointly by the University of Tirana and the University of Nebraska.

In the banking sphere since 2020.  

From 2004, he had been building his career in Raiffeisen Bank (Albania), in 2011-2017 he occupied the positions of Chief IT-Architect and CIO in this bank.  

Starting from 2017, Mr. Zotaj had worked as CIO at Raiffeisenbank Austria in Croatia.

Since 1 May 2020, Enkelejd Zotaj has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board of Raiffeisen Bank, responsible for information technologies (CIO). His main tasks are: the digital transformation of the bank, the development and implementation of the IT-strategy, the management of IT-architecture, the development of high-quality and profitable IT-solutions for business.

Born in Poland in 1976.

Mr Rubaj graduated from Cracow University of Economics and Hogeschool Brabant Breda, with a major in finance and banking.

Since 2007, Mr Rubaj held the position of the Vice President, and since 2009 the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank Renaissance Credit. Before that Mr Rubaj was the Board Member of Sygma Bank (Poland), and he also has a working experience with a Polish branch of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

From September 2014 to April 2023 Mr Rubaj was the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of PUMB.

Since September 2023, Mr Rubaj is the Deputy Chairman of the Bank’s Management Board responsible for retail business.

Master in International Business Administration from Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.

Thomas Matejka built his career in Raiffeisen Bank International working in its units in Austria and other countries from 2007. In particular, he headed Financial Institutions, Country & Portfolio Risk Management Division since June 2019. Since September 2020, he also was a member of the Supervisory Board of Raiffeisen Bank in Ukraine.

Since October 11, 2021 Thomas Matejka holds the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Raiffeisen Bank, responsible for financial area of the bank – financial and cost accounting, controlling, assets and liabilities management.

In 1997 graduated from the National Aerospace University named after Zhukovsky "Kharkiv Aviation Institute" at the major in Economics and Management in Mechanical Engineering. In 2002 she received a diploma from Kharkiv National University named after Karazin, majoring in Banking.

In 2014 she received Executive MBA from HEC Paris Business School. In 2018-2019 graduated the European business school INSEAD in the following areas: strategic management in banking; women's leadership; risk management in banking and received certification in Global Management.

In 2023 she studied at Harvard Business School under the program Women on Boards: succeeding as Corporate Director, Corporate Governance.

Larysa Bondarieva has 27 years of banking experience. From 2007 to her start in Raiffeisen Bank, she has been developing Corporate business at Credit Agricole bank in Ukraine, since 2010 as the member of the Management Board. Successfully worked in the leading governmental and foreign banks of Ukraine, including previous working experience at Raiffeisen Bank in Kharkiv from April 2004 till March 2006.

Larysa Bondarieva was named among the best corporate bankers in the rating of 50 leading banks in Ukraine by Financial Club information agency.

Since November 18, 2021 she is the Deputy Chairman of the Board in Raiffeisen Bank. Responsible for corporate business and capital markets.
