About currency cards

A currency card is a regular debit card, but the funds are stored in foreign currency, either in dollars (USD) or euros (EUR), instead of hryvnias. This card is suitable for transactions abroad, purchases on foreign websites, and storing currency savings without conversion.

Who is a currency card suitable for?

A currency card is convenient for those who regularly deal with foreign currency. For example:

  • Those who save in foreign currency, to avoid exchange losses and always have access to funds.
Travelers, to make direct payments in foreign currency without conversion fees.
  • Those receiving foreign currency transfers, as the card is immediately in $ or €, eliminating the need for a separate account.
  • Freelancers and IT specialists, for receiving payments in dollars or euros.

It's a basic tool for modern users who want control over their foreign currency funds. Opening a card at Raiffeisen Bank also provides the opportunity to explore other advantageous offers, such as the ATB Card, which offers up to 40% discounts at ATB stores, and the Fishka Card, which allows for more economical purchases at OKKO gas stations.
