Your team matters
At Raif, people of different ages, professions, and from all over Ukraine work together. Together, we are building Raif’s future, which is based on:
- Our mission and vision
- Unique values and culture
- Recognition of every employee’s contribution to Raif’s success and to our country
At Raif, we value not only your professionalism and ability to do the job. For us, you are a unique individual with your own experience and ideas. In our team, we work together to achieve a common goal. It doesn’t matter if you’re an IT specialist, a manager, an accountant, or a cleaner — by working with Raif, each of us contributes to the development of our country. And we do it together.
We want to be a modern digital bank, and the Agile culture — embraced not only by our IT teams but by all departments, including branches — helps us meet today’s challenges and be much more productive.
At Raif, our entire IT department works in a domain structure — we have 10 domains, each including teams working on their own projects. Our branches operate in a circle format: several branches unite into a team — a circle.
Branches in a circle have a shared leader who oversees performance, knowledge sharing, and interaction within the team. Raif branch employees have completed extensive training in SCRUM and AGILE, and they have their own Agile coaches who help them organize their work.

We encourage learning, horizontal growth, and offer opportunities to build a career.
Raif’s key learning programs focus on: developing professional and soft skills, leadership training, and skills needed for digital transformation and life in modern conditions.

In total, the bank has more than 15 different communities — these are employee groups based on professional or personal interests. Among them: a book club, movie lovers’ club, a Scrum Masters (SM) community, Project (PM) and Delivery Managers (DM) groups, and a product managers' group.
Recently, we launched a large sports community with various areas — football, tennis, basketball, athletics.

We also have an employer brand ambassador program called “Agents of Change”, where active and initiative-driven colleagues implement charitable and social projects, while also changing themselves, our corporate culture, and Raif as a whole.
This community has existed for more than 5 years and has brought together over 100 people during this time.
Agents of Change create great projects and take part in all stages — from developing ideas to full implementation. They work in several directions, such as charity, communications, financial literacy, support for family values, and student engagement. Top management of the bank, including the CEO, actively supports their projects.

We actively engage with young people at career fairs and forums. Our experts hold lectures at universities, giving hundreds of students the chance to learn more about career opportunities in banking, in-demand professions, and tips on building their careers.
