Options for restructuring

Loan holidays for the 'Development' and 'Trust' loans for a period of up to 3 months

  • During the loan holiday period, the payment consists solely of interest payments;

  • Unpaid principal payments during the loan holiday are evenly distributed over the entire term of the loan agreement.

Deferral of payment due date for 'Development' and 'Trust' loans

  • Establishing loan holidays for up to 3 months;

  • Extending the loan term by up to 3 months;

  • Increasing the principal amount of the loan by the amount of overdue and accrued but unpaid interest (capitalization of overdue debt).

Restructuring of other business loans

  • Extension of the loan agreement term;

  • Capitalization of the principal and interest;

  • Loan holidays;

  • Refinancing.

Loan Holidays for the "Development" and "Trust" Loans. Deferral of Payment Due Date for the "Development" and "Trust" Loans


  • Following the review, you will receive an SMS notification with the terms of the loan holidays, which serves as confirmation of their establishment.

  • There is no need to visit the branch.

  • Decisions regarding the restructuring will be made by the Bank individually for each application.

  • If the client has two unsecured loans, they only need to submit one application. The Bank will review the restructuring application for both loans.


Restructuring of Other Business Loans. Refinancing of the "Credit Card for Entrepreneurs" Loan

  • A bank manager will contact you to discuss the details.

  • If necessary, there is an option to send documents electronically.

  • A visit to the branch may be required once — to conclude an additional agreement.


Please Note:


By submitting an electronic application, the client agrees to changes in the loan conditions (change of repayment term, capitalization of overdue debt, etc.) without concluding additional agreements to the loan contracts and agrees to fulfill obligations under the loan agreement according to the new repayment schedule.


The decision regarding the type of restructuring and the necessity of the Bank concluding an additional agreement is made by the Bank independently.


In the case of restructuring without concluding an additional agreement, you will receive an SMS notification with the changed loan conditions, which serves as confirmation of their establishment.


Clients can obtain the updated payment schedule for review at the bank branch.
