1 – other banks may charge additional fees in the currency of cash withdrawal.


2 – the fee is charged at the beginning of the period for which the service is provided, after the first transfer of funds to the card account on the 6th day of each month, taking into account the achievement of financial indicators for the previous calendar month specified in clause 1 of these Tariffs, subject to sufficient funds on the account.   The period from the date of commencement of services in the near 6th day is not charged. Account service from the 6th day following the date of the package of services to the next 6th day of the month is 0.01 UAH.


3 – when applying a monthly account maintenance fee, the following are taken into account:\ Transactions in the sales and service network carried out during the previous calendar month using a card, on cards issued to an account,   which include the purchase operations in the sales and service network, on the Internet (except for payment for financial services), regular payments for Direct Debit, Standing Order services, and also transfer of funds in the "Raiffeisen Online" (The operations in self-service centers, purchases at ATMs, transactions for   transfer of funds to the card account through the system "Raiffeisen Online"   transfer from card to card) are not taken into account. The total number of transactions in the trade and service network is reduced by the number of cash refund transactions to the Client’s account during the previous calendar month, in ’ connection with the cancellation / partial cancellation of purchases using the card. - average daily balances   Customer’s own funds   placed on the card account for the previous calendar month.


4 – the fee is charged at the beginning of the period for which the service is provided, each month of the next business day after the day, corresponding to the opening date of the card account, after the first transfer of funds to the card account, subject to sufficient funds on the account. The period from the date of the first transfer of funds to the card account in the next business day following the day corresponding to the date of opening the card account and follows the date of commencement of the provision of the Service is not charged.

Card opening
  • On site bank. You can change the card and enter the new rachunok on the website of the bank. Competing with this service, you save the hour and delete the card for one visit before the bank you created. Lines of cards wiggling - 10 working days from the day cards are wired to the site. For the card to be removed, you need to mother the passport of a Ukrainian citizen, but a document that says nothing, that is a certificate about the assignment of an identifier code.
  • At the nearest bank branch. To order a card you must have a passport of a citizen of Ukraine with you or a document that replaces it, and a certificate of assignment of an identification code. Card production time - 10 business days from the date of order.
What documents are required to open a card?

To open the card must have a passport of citizen of Ukraine or document substituting and help with taxe code.

How is the commission written off?

Charges are written off according to the tariffs of the Service Package on which the payment card is served. The tariffs can be found here.

Actions if you loss card
  1. Urgently notify Raiffeisen Bank Aval of the loss (theft) of the card to block it by calling the Information Center:
  • 0 (800) 500-500 (free in Ukraine)
  • 0 (44) 490-88-88 (for Kyiv and calls from abroad)
  • 521 (free for Vodafone mobile operator).

When you contact the Information Center, you can immediately order a new card to be issued to your account. It will be available in 10 days at your chosen bank branch.

  1. Lock the card yourself using Raiffeisen Online.
  2. On the bank's website you can also order an additional card to your account and receive it at your chosen bank branch in 10 days.
  3. You can also block your own payment card at your nearest Raiffeisen Bank Aval office.
Card activation

In order to activate the card, you must make any transaction with the PIN code entry in:

  • ATMs;
  • Self-service center;
  • POS terminals of the bank cash desk.

The card automatically becomes active as soon as you enter the correct PIN. The card can be activated in payment devices of both Raiffeisen Bank Aval and other banks.

How to deal with fraudulent operations?

Keep your card data confidential.

If anyone calls you, do not disclose any of the following, despite any introduction they make:
• PIN-code of the card
• Its validity term
• 3 figures on the back of the card (CVV2/CVC2-code)
• Passwords sent via SMS
• Password to “Raiffeisen Online” Internet-BankingDo not disclose the above mentioned data to any third parties, despite any introduction they make.

Procedure of the bank in case of non-fulfillment of obligations by the client under the agreement on the provision of banking services

In case of the amount of transaction is more than available balance overdraft arises on the card account. 

In this case Bank will follow Banking Rules for private Individuals in accordance with Article 8, paragraph 8.6. Section 2
