Raiffeisen Bank reopens applications for the “Kids Safe Haven” grant program
Raiffeisen Bank announces the reopening of applications for the “Kids Safe Haven” grant program, aimed at supporting children in Ukraine. Applications can be submitted from September 9 to October 9, 2025. After the first stage ends, all submitted applications will be validated, and the submission process will be paused until the next application period is announced.
To apply, please go to the “How to become a participant in the Kids Safe Haven program” section on the bank’s website and complete the online form. Eligible applicants include kindergartens, schools, hospitals, orphanages, dormitories, charitable foundations, and other institutions working with children.
The program provides grants of up to UAH 200,000 for projects in three key areas:
- repair and improvement of educational, healthcare, and social infrastructure facilities;
- development of children’s educational opportunities;
- healthcare, rehabilitation, and psychological support, particularly for children affected by the war.
Since its launch in 2023, the program has already funded 91 grants totaling UAH 17.2 million. Communities in 15 regions of Ukraine have received support. The program is implemented with the participation of donors, including the Austrian Herbert Stepic CEE Charity foundation.
The “Kids Safe Haven” program focuses on helping children where support is needed most — in remote communities, small towns, and villages that often remain outside the scope of large charitable initiatives. Each application is reviewed individually, with decisions made by the bank’s coordination committee.
Raiffeisen Bank continues to support Ukrainian children, creating opportunities for their development, education, and recovery.
