All spring updates are now available in Raiffeisen Business Online application
Raiffeisen Business Online mobile application was recently updated and now users can take advantage of the extended functionality.

Update the application on your device and the following functions will be available for you:
- Payments in domestic currency. We revised rules for correct and full indication of the Name of the recipient or Name, surname and patronymic of the recipient: Tips in the interface will help you to fill in the details of the recipient correctly for the document processing without delay.
- Start screen for Logging in and registration in the application. We added a new button “Become a customer- individual entrepreneur” – the same as in the web-version of the system.
- This functionality is developed only for individual entrepreneurs that are not the bank’s customers and allows to register and open business accounts online using Diia application and Qualified ES.
- Personal data and security in the application - menu “More”. We added a new button with the link to the bank’s website: https://raiffeisen.ua/data-protection with the information on the Bank’s information security policy and recommendations regarding the safe use of remote servicing systems etc.
- Changes in the payments in domestic currency related to the implementation of ISO 20022 standard and transition of the Ukrainian banking system to SEP NBU 4.0 starting from 01.04.2023.

Attention! New optional roles of the payment’s participants will not be added in the system: initiator, actual payer and actual recipient. If it is required to execute the cashless payment with the indication of the additional payment’s participants, the respective participants may be added as additional information in the field “Purpose of payment” or the respective payment may be executed via the branch, by submitting a paper-based payment instruction according to the new full form:
