The web version and mobile application Raiffeisen Business Online have been updated
All users of the Raiffeisen Business Online mobile application can use the updated application. It is already available on the official resources of Google Play (Android) and App Store (iOS), version 0.62.2.

Meet the following changes in the web version of Raiffeisen Business Online:
1. Payments to the budget with a structured purpose.
On the basis of the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine No. 148 dated March 22, 2023. from 01.07.2023 significant changes are being made to the procedure for paying taxes and payments to the budget by private entrepreneurs and legal entities. The transitional period ends on 01.12.2023
All tax payments, payments to the budget, payments for administrative services and fines for traffic violations, paid to the accounts of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, the State Customs Service, other state institutions, opened at the State Treasury with Bank ID (MFI) 899998, starting from 01.12.2023 will be accepted exclusively in the new format - with STRUCTURED PURPOSE OF PAYMENT. Otherwise, such payments may be rejected by the State Treasury.

In the new Raiffeisen Business Online, the changes have been applied since 25.11.2023.
The essence of the changes: automatic checks and system settings will help you not to make a mistake - for payments to accounts at the State Treasury with Bank ID (MFI) 899998, such payments must be created only as BUDGET PAYMENT of the appropriate type.
Such changes have been implemented for the web version of the system, and in the mobile application.
We remind you that all 4 types of budget payments are available in the web-version, and the 1st type of budget payment, which is used most often, is available in the mobile application.

1.1. Import/export files have also changed since 11.07.2023.
In this regard, you need to independently solve the issue of setting up/updating internal systems, which will allow correct import/export of documents.

1.2. Attention! When paying salary and other salary-related payments, mandatory taxes must be paid with a structured payment assignment in accordance with the above explanations, taking into account the mandatory correct indication of the payment period and type of payment.
1.3. Payment for administrative services and fines for traffic violations, if such payment is paid to the recipient's account at the State Treasury with Bank ID (MFI) 899998 - must also be created as a BUDGET PAYMENT with a structured purpose:
- if the payment is created in the web-version, the recommendation is to process it as a BUDGET PAYMENT (TYPE-2), in the system it has the name - "to a single account, without a payment type code, and without the direction of funds transfer",
- if the payment is created in the RBO mobile application, the recommendation is to make it as a BUDGET PAYMENT, select the payment type code arbitrarily, for example "101".

2. Salary module. New useful functions:
- Ability to filter salary information by the following attributes: "Number", "Type of accrual", "Status", "Period", "Contract";
- Ability to sort information in the list by the following attributes: "Information number", "Date of creation", "Amount";
- Expanded list of statuses of Salary information: Draft, New, Signed N/M, Signed, Pending payment, Checking the availability of funds, In processing, Completed, Partially completed, Rejected;
- Export of employees from the Employee Directory to a file in xls. format;
- Ability to copy information in any status.
3. Advanced signing schemes - a new item in the personal menu.
The specified menu item "Advanced signature schemes" is a component of the separate "limit management" functionality, which will later provide you with new opportunities to set individual schemes for setting the required number of signatures and groups of signatures in terms of document types (payments in UAH, payments in foreign currency-SWIFT , currency documents, all other types) and amounts of documents.
You will be notified additionally about the implementation of the functionality.
4. Statements of accounts, Clients – private entrepreneurs.
According to the decision of the EXECUTIVE DIRECTORATE OF THE INVESTMENT GUARANTEE FUND FOR INDIVIDUALS (No. 779 dated 06/28/2023), the following information was added to the statement:
- «Deposits are guaranteed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the System of Guaranteeing Deposits of Individuals". Details - in the Information on the system of guaranteeing deposits of individuals on the website www.fg.gov.ua»;
- The specified fixed text is displayed in all printed forms of statements of Clients (current accounts, card accounts, deposit accounts).
