Raiffeisen Bank Wins Banker Awards 2026 forAdvancing Inclusive Banking

Raiffeisen Bank has won the Banker Awards 2026 in the “Advancing Inclusive Banking” category. The award recognises the bank’s comprehensive approach to accessibility - from accessible branches and digital services to staff training and support for veterans.

The Banker Awards, presented annually by Banker.ua, celebrate achievements and innovation in Ukraine’sfinancial sector and wider business community. Winners are selected by the publication’s editorial team based on its observations of the market over a twelve-month period, from October to October. The awards recognise not only new products and financial performance, but also how companies serve their customers and raise industry standards.

For Raiffeisen Bank, inclusion is not a standalone project but an integral part of everyday operations. The bank continues to improve the accessibility of its physical infrastructure and digital service channels, while training its teams to understand customers’ diverse needs and help them access banking services without unnecessary barriers. Currently, 206 of its 253 operational branches - or 81% - meet accessibility standards.

A dedicated focus of this work is support for veterans and military personnel. This includes making branch services more convenient and developing support programmes for veterans and their families. Raiffeisen Bank provides loans to veteran-owned businesses and has introduced priority service for military personnel and veterans at its branches.
