Dear shareholders of Raiffeisen Bank Aval Joint-Stock Company!

We kindly remind you about the upcoming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (hereinafter - the Meeting) on September 11, 2020.

The Bank's shareholders' meetings will be held REMOTELY through the national depository system of Ukraine

The list of shareholders entitled to participate in the Meeting is drawn up as of 23:59 on September 7, 2020.

If you choose to take part in the Meeting, the Custodian of Raiffeisen Bank Aval JSC (hereinafter - the Custodian) is expecting you starting August 31, 2020 (from 09:30 to 17:00) till September 11, 2020 (from 09:30 to 15:00) inclusive.

Due to current quarantine measures, please do not postpone your visit to the Custodian for your participation in the Meeting. Please register in advance via phone (044) 498-79-30 or E-mail [email protected] (please wait for a confirmation letter with the date and time of the visit) to appoint the date and time of your visit to the Custodian.

We would also like to inform you that during your visit to the Custodian, it is not planned to provide promotional products with the Bank's logo.

Dear Clients!

Please be informed that for physical individuals – clients of JSC Raiffeisen Bank Aval the telephone number  of information center was changed from  0 800 500 500 to 0 800 501 900.

Therefore, to make an appointment with the specialists of the bank you need to contact the following number 0 800 501 900.

Additionally we remind you the service regulation: 

• A specialist of the Custody Department will be the one to perform the service invitation at the appointed time
• We kindly ask you to wait for invitation to the office on the street with a safe distance of at least 1.5-2 meters from each other
• Taking care of clients and employees, entry into the office is only allowed in protective masks
• To maintain a safe environment in the Bank's premises – clients and employees should be located 1.5-2 meters apart
• Visitors without a protective mask and with fever or other signs of respiratory infection will be denied in maintenance.
