Raiffeisen Bank is ranked among the best employers in the country

Raiffeisen Bank is marked in the ranking of 50 best employers in Ukraine once again, published by Forbes together with job search site Work.ua.

In this year ranking, the bank has risen 20 steps. Such incredible dynamics have become the high recognition of great transformation in Raiffeisen Bank, where people (both employees and customers) are at the center of transformation.

The rating takes into account staff loyalty, remuneration, working conditions, social package, information openness, opportunities for development, sense of protection and other factors.

More than 25,000 employees or every 400th employee in the country were interviewed according to these criteria. The results of the survey were supplemented by assessments of labor market experts and received information from open sources.
