Taking care of the general safety, please be informed that starting from 26.03.2020 Custody Department introduces a special mode of service provision by making appointment via sending a message to the mailbox:
[email protected]
or through the Bank's Information Center:
- for premium customers - through your personal manager (or 0 800 500 500)
- for business customers – through manager of your Company
Service regulations:
- A specialist of the Custody Department will be the one to perform the service invitation at the appointed time
- We kindly ask you to wait for invitation to the office on the street with a safe distance of at least 1.5-2 meters from each other
- Taking care of clients and employees, entry into the office is only allowed in protective masks
- To maintain a safe environment in the Bank's premises – clients and employees should be located 1.5-2 meters apart
- Visitors without a protective mask and with fever or other signs of respiratory infection will be denied in maintenance.
