✅ Who is considered a new client?  

New clients are individual entrepreneurs, individuals conducting independent professional activities, and legal entities that have never had current and card accounts (2600, 2621) in the Bank or have not had an account for at least 1 year since the last account closure. 

📌 Who can take advantage of the offer: 

• A new client, either an entrepreneur or a legal entity, who opens a current account 2600/2621 during the promotional period only in the "Business Classic" package. 
• Annual net income of up to 233 million UAH inclusive. 

❕ Important!  

• The promotion is valid from May 29 to June 20, 2025, inclusive. 
• Accounts under other service packages do not participate in the promotion. If the package changes from "Business Classic" to another, the account will be transferred to standard service conditions. 
• "Forever" means no monthly fee for using the service package for the entire period of servicing the business account opened during the promotion, provided the average daily balance is at least 25,000 UAH.

• Only the first opened account in UAH participates in the promotion. If a client opens another account in UAH during the promotion, the second account will not be connected to the promotion and will be serviced according to standard tariffs.

📝 Questions and Answers:

• How and when is the average daily balance calculated? 

The monthly fee for using the service package is paid by the client on the penultimate working day of each month based on the calculation period, which covers the time from the last fee payment to the next payment date. 
The average daily balance is calculated as the sum of the balances at the end of each day during the calculation period divided by the number of days in that period. 

For example:
Account opening date: May 29, 2025. 
Calculation period: from May 29, 2025, to June 26, 2025 (the day before the next fee payment). 
Next fee payment date: June 27, 2025. 
Number of days in the calculation period: 29 days (from May 29 to June 26). 

Assume the balances at the end of each day were as follows: 
May 29: 0 UAH 
May 30: 25,000 UAH 
May 31: 25,000 UAH 
June 1: 25,000 UAH 
June 2: 52,000 UAH 
June 3: 25,000 UAH 
(and so on until June 26) 

The average daily balance is calculated as the sum of all daily balances divided by 29 days. If the average daily balance is 25,000 UAH or more, no fee will be charged. 

• Can the service package be changed after opening the account under the promotion? 

Yes, it is possible, but after changing the package from "Business Classic" to another, the account will be disconnected from the promotional tariff and will be serviced according to standard tariffs. 

• What will happen if the average daily balances for the calculation period are less than 25,000 UAH? 

If the average daily balances are less than 25,000 UAH for the calculation period, then on the date of the fee payment for that period, an amount equal to the standard tariff will be charged (for example, as of May 29, 2025, the standard tariff for monthly use of the 'Business Classic' service package is 150 UAH). 

• Are there any additional fees I need to be aware of? 

The promotion only includes a promotional rate in addition to the standard tariff for the 'monthly fee for using the service package' for the 'Business Classic' package. You can find the complete list of tariffs for the 'Business Classic' package on our website at the link.
