Starting from April 1 the format of import files for payments in hryvnias will be changed in Raiffeisen Business Online

Raiffeisen Bank informs the users of Raiffeisen Business Online about the change of the import files format for outgoing payments in domestic currency starting from April, 2023.

As you know, the National Bank of Ukraine has postponed the implementation of the payment standard ISO20022 for 01.04.2023. However, starting from 01.08.2022, according to the NBU Resolution No. 163 of 29.07.2022 a range of changes were introduced into the cashless settlements in domestic currency. To comply with the requirements of the respective NBU Resolution, Raiffeisen Bank introduces the required changes and is implementing them step-by-step for the customers gradual adaptation.

In this relation, starting from April 1 import files format for outgoing payments in domestic currency will be changed in Raiffeisen Business Online.

The respective changes are caused by the new requirement: if a payment’s recipient has no EDRPOU code or if its EDRPOU code consists of nine numbers, the additional new detail – the recipient’s address shall be filled in.

Thus, if you work with contractors (recipients), who have no EDRPOU code or whose EDRPOU code consists of nine numbers, you shall independently resolve the issue related to the configuration/updating of your internal systems (accounting programs) by 01.04.2023. It will allow you to carry out correctly the transactions of the documents import after the change of the import files format.

If the changes are introduced in the customer’s systems before April 1, the documents will be imported correctly.

If the user of Raiffeisen Business Online is not working with contractors (recipient), who have no EDRPOU code or whose EDRPOU code consists of nine numbers, import files format does not have to be changed and the existing format can be used.
