Remote services list for business clients expanded in RaifBusiness

Raif is expanding the list of services to address key operational issues easy and remotely.

The following virtual branch services are now available at RaifBusiness:

• Re-identification.
• Ordering account statement.
• Ordering certificates for accounts and loans.
• Order information according to audit request.
• Ordering cash (withdrawal from the account in Raif branch or delivery by collection to client's office).

For remote service, Raif clients can:

• order services and electronic document management at the new Raiffeisen Business Online;
• get the answer to all questions of current services via 0 800 505 045;
• get the answer regarding currency transactions and currency regulation via 0 800 500 025;
