The priorities of Raiffeisen Bank’s IT team remain generally unchanged, but the emphasis has shifted. Cybersecurity has become even more critical and digital transformation has acquired new aspects, such as ensuring uninterrupted remote customer service, maintaining team efficiency, preserving productivity and process coordination, and developing new strategies to support business continuity.

Kyiv hosted the awarding ceremony of the winners of the All-Ukrainian competition of CIOs «BEST CIO 2023», where CIO of Raiffeisen Bank Enkelejd Zotaj received a well-deserved award.

The «Best CIO» competition aims to identify the best CIOs of Ukrainian companies and organizations, to identify the most professional managers and leaders in various industries. The contest evaluated the heads of IT departments who formulate the policy of using and implementing information technology and control the business processes of their companies.

Enkelejd and Raiffeinen Bank’s IT team have demonstrated significant success in technology development, providing innovative solutions and a high level of digital transformation in the bank.
