Kiev. November 24th - Raiffeisen Bank Aval, in the framework of the Academy of Business: Seminars on Business Activities project, held seminars in November for clients of the small and micro business segment in Dnipropetrovsk, Kiev, Mukachevo, Odessa and Kharkov.
"Academy of Business" has become among the bank's customers - representatives of small and micro businesses already recognized brand. This informational and educational program is aimed at raising financial awareness of customers, which helps them to manage their business more successfully.
“Optimizing Your Own Business: Developing a Business under Instability, Experience and Tools” is a topic discussed by participants in business seminars in Dnepropetrovsk and Odessa. “Optimization of working capital: Management of accounts receivable and payables and inventory” - this topic was proposed to participants in events in Kiev, Mukachevo and Kharkov.
The seminar was held by bank employees who have undergone appropriate training and certification at the International Finance Corporation (IFC, a member of the World Bank Group):
in Dnepropetrovsk - Alexey Sereda and Olga Dreshpak;

Vyacheslav Demin, a participant in a seminar in Kiev, the owner and director of Likar-Invest LLC, which has been involved in retail sales of medical and orthopedic goods and has been a client of Raiffeisen Bank Aval since 2010, said: I visit Raiffeisen Bank Aval for the fourth time. For me, each of the topics discussed was useful and relevant. From a practical point of view, I am also satisfied, as I began to use the advice received at the seminars: I improved the scheme of work with suppliers, those decisions that were previously made situationally and intuitively, now we are trying to accept using numbers and formulas. The goals that I now set for myself and the enterprise coincide with the information heard at the seminars. Grateful Raiffeisen Bank Aval for the partnership, understanding, desire to develop and develop their customers. "
The participant of the seminar in Dnepropetrovsk, Mikhail Luschan, the owner and director of VKF Promtechnologia LLC (production and trade in industrial machines, a client of the bank since 2010), says: “Three times I accepted invitations to business seminars from Raiffeisen Bank Aval. Learning about the date of the next, fourth, seminar (December 3, 2015), he appealed to the bank employees to invite me again. It is always important to learn and develop, as precisely as investing in the development of your subordinates. That is why the initiative of the bank, in my opinion, is very relevant. The opportunity to discuss common problems and difficulties with other participants, to establish new contacts is truly a partnership approach in the Bank-Client cooperation. ”
The student of the Odessa seminar, Sergey Zharky, the owner of Avakum LLC and PTP LLC, has been a wholesaler of batteries and tires for automobiles, has been a client of Raiffeisen Bank Aval since 2012. In the business seminar he takes part for the fourth time. “Business development in conditions of instability is an interesting, important and timely topic. The seminar was different from the previous three: more complex and long, but it only once again proved that whatever your experience in business, you need to be interested in and improve yourself constantly. It's good that both the bank and its customers understand this, ”said S.Zharky.
Pavel Botsula, guest of the workshop in Kharkiv, director of the 1A-Engineering PE (sale of pipeline valves, actuators for pipeline valves, instrumentation; works with Raiffeisen Bank Aval for about seven years): “For the third time I have been participating in the seminar within the framework of the Academy of Business from Raiffeisen Bank Aval. And after each of them I get new information for myself, I try to use it in my daily activities. It seems, at first glance, everything is simple and clear, but it turns out that even in simple things there are moments that are not enough attention. Regarding the value of just such meetings with the bank, I have no doubt. Great thanks to Raiffeisen Bank Aval at will to move forward and invest in the development of their clients. ”
Elena Kukharskaya, founder of Polygraph Center Lyra (Mukachevo), a client of Raiffeisen Bank Aval since 2005, said: “This meeting was interesting, we received theoretical knowledge. After all, the problem of many of our entrepreneurs is precisely that we do not own the theory, but are guided by our own experience and intuition. For myself, I have designated a niche for development. Communication with other businessmen, their experience was useful and practical. I fully support such an initiative of Raiffeisen Bank Aval, the utility of which is beyond any doubt. ”
“Academy of Business” is an initiative of Raiffeisen Bank Aval, which has no analogues in Ukraine, every day it becomes more and more popular among
