Raiffeisen Business Online has new updates

Raiffeisen Business Online has received new updates that will make online banking even more convenient for Raiffeisen customers.

Look for the following changes in the WEB version of Raiffeisen Business Online:

1. Exchange rates

The main page displays the commercial* rates of the Bank for the sale and purchase of foreign currency:

If you select the "Today" period in the rates schedule, then rates changes are displayed - hourly.

*Please note that approximate commercial rates are displayed before settlement of transactions, the final rate is formed at the time of settlement. In the WEB version, in the REFERENCES menu, and in the RBO Mobile application, the rates will remain indicative (preliminary).

2. Sale, exchange of currency "At the commercial rate"

From now on, clients - Legal entities with two signatories can also create and sign applications for the sale and exchange of currency, if the "commercial course" is selected.

For example, Director (signature level 1) + Accountant (signature level 2).

3. Group copying of documents

You can copy several documents at once, instead of one by one. Group copying is available for:

• payments in national currency, payments in foreign currency,

• application for purchase/sale/exchange of currency.

4. Registration of the electronic signature key for non-resident users who do not have a mobile phone number of a Ukrainian mobile operator.

If the Authorized Person of the Client - a Legal Entity is a non-resident, when registering the key, the mandatory** contact is e-mail, and the phone is optional.

** Mobile phone contact number and/or e-mail (e-mail) are indicated when registering the key - only to inform about employment and the results of processing the application for registration of the electronic signature key (QES or AES).

5. Salary module

• Added the ability to search for recipients in the salary statement in the middle of the "Recipients" block on the information page in view mode.
• Display of the status change history in the salary statement, including the status "Partially signed" and "Waiting for the value date" has been implemented.
• It is forbidden to create a salary statement with a future date of the document (the user can only select the current date in the drop-down calendar).
• The ability to create cover payments from account 2604 for salary statement with the accrual type "Other Enrollments" has been implemented, where the nature of another payment financed from state revenues (for example, "Chоrnobyl" payment) can be indicated in the comment field.
• The date of execution of the salary statement in the printed form has been added.
