Over the past few years, Raiffeisen Bank has systematically invested in cloud transformation, energy resilience, cybersecurity, continuity of critical services, support for teams during times of crisis, and operating models that allow the bank to stay close to its clients when reliability matters most.
A special contribution to this award came from Raif’s anti-fraud system — the bank’s in-house solution that protects the digital operations of millions of clients every day and ensures the uninterrupted operation of the bank’s remote services.
It works proactively: in real time, it analyzes more than 60 technical and financial risk indicators and detects behavioral anomalies to block fraud scenarios before they occur.
These two awards are closely interconnected. Strong technologies require strong people. And strong people make it possible to build a bank founded on resilience, trust, and the ability to shape the future.
