Raiffeisen – The Best Employer Among Ukrainian Banks According to "TOP100. Ratings of the Largest"

Raiffeisen Bank has been ranked among the top 100 best employers in Ukraine for 2025, securing 12th place in the overall ranking and becoming the leader among all Ukrainian banks featured in the list. The study was conducted by the publication "TOP100. Ratings of the Largest" in partnership with the delo.ua platform.

The ranking of Ukraine’s best employers is based on evaluations by an expert jury, supplemented by the results of an open online vote.

Companies were assessed on a range of criteria, including:

  • Level of corporate training and development of young professionals;
  • Quality of social benefits and well-being programs;
  • Corporate culture and internal communications;
  • Implementation of innovations and automation of HR processes;
  • Support for mobilized employees and veterans.

This recognition is the result of Raiffeisen’s team’s systematic efforts and its focus on the people who drive change every day.

Additionally, Viktor Marchenko ranked 9th among Ukraine’s best HR directors in the special "TOP-100. HRD 2025" ranking, becoming the only representative of the banking sector in the top 10.

The editorial team compiled a longlist of nearly 100 HR directors representing leading Ukrainian brands across various industries. Experts evaluated the leaders based on the following criteria:

  • Adaptability and ability to manage change;
  • Strategic vision and team-building;
  • Implementation of innovative projects;
  • Reputation and proactiveness in the market.

The results announcement and award ceremony took place during the HR Wisdom Summit, organized by "Ekonomika+" Publishing, the *"TOP-100"* magazine, and delo.ua.
