Regular business seminars of the project "business Academy" from Raiffeisen Bank Aval took place in Sumy, Lviv and Kirovohrad
Kiev. August 4th. - In July, Raiffeisen Bank Aval held regular seminars in Sumy, Lviv and Kirovograd for clients of the small and micro business segment as part of the Academy of Business project.
Providing information and consulting support to clients, necessary for the development and growth of small and micro businesses, as well as creating a platform for sharing experience, discussing specific business problems, considering best international practices, and developing entrepreneurial skills is the goal of this bank initiative.
“Optimization of working capital: management of receivables and payables and inventory” - this was the topic of a business meeting in Sumy. In Lviv and Kirovograd, the topic “Cost optimization: evaluation of investment decisions” was discussed (seminars on this topic were held for the first time, it was specially designed, taking into account the wishes of the participants of business seminars).
The small and microbusiness clients of Raiffeisen Bank Aval and representatives of the business environment, who at the time of the seminars did not cooperate with the bank, took part in the events. Seminars are designed for practicing managers who are willing to actively implement their knowledge in their business.
Traditionally, employees of Raiffeisen Bank Aval, who received professional training at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and have significant experience in working with small and microbusiness clients, conducted business seminars: Ekaterina Prikhodko and Natalya Kuzovkova in Sumy, Alexey Sereda and Valentina in Kirovograd Onishchenko, in Lviv - Alena Puzankova and Marina Sudeiko.
The guest of the business seminar in Sumy, Irina Starodub, chief accountant of Budregion LLC (wholesale trade in building materials, a bank customer since 2012), shared her impressions: “It is present for the first time at the business seminar, the idea to visit it arose after the positive reviews of my colleagues, who were participants in similar events.
