Raiffeisen ranked 11th among the TOP-100 best employers in Ukraine

Raiffeisen Bank entered the TOP-100 best employers in Ukraine in 2026, taking 11th place in the overall ranking and improving its result compared to last year.

The rating was formed by the magazine "TOP-100. Ratings of the largest" and the Delo.ua publication. The announcement of the results and the award ceremony of the laureates took place during the HR Wisdom Summit.

The best employers were determined based on the assessments of the expert jury, supplemented by the results of an open online vote.

Companies were evaluated according to a set of criteria, including:

• corporate training and programs for the development of young professionals;

• social package and practices for improving employee well-being;

• automation of HR processes and the introduction of innovations;

• reward and compensation tools;

• level of corporate culture and internal communications;

• support for mobilized employees and veterans' reintegration programs.

And Raiffeisen Bank HR Director Viktor Marchenko has once again entered the TOP-50 of the best HRDs in Ukraine. The TOP-50 HRD includes HR leaders who form strong teams, implement innovative solutions and develop a culture of change.

“We invest a lot in developing a culture based on the principle of “You Matter”. This is our approach to working with people: from caring for the well-being and mental health of employees to supporting defenders, veterans and developing young talents. It is important for us that everyone in the team feels valued, has space for professional growth and can realize their ambitions at Raiffeisen. This award is the result of the work of the entire team and people who support a culture of trust, development and mutual support every day,” said Viktor Marchenko, Raiffeisen Bank HR Director.

The recognition reflects Raiffeisen Bank’s systematic approach to developing corporate culture and employee experience. Today, the bank unites over 5,000 employees, investing in their support and comprehensive development in several key areas:

• Caring for people and well-being: colleagues have access to modern development programs, mental and physical health support packages, communities of interest, and space to realize professional ambitions.

• Inclusivity and support for defenders: over 60 veterans already work at the bank, and 280 colleagues who defend the country receive comprehensive financial support.

• Youth development: the bank has internship programs, as well as active cooperation with HEIs (higher education institutions) to support the younger generation.

• High team loyalty: for five years in a row, over 90% of employees have positively assessed the company's care, and 89% are ready to recommend Rife as an employer (eNPS).

• Technological: The bank actively implements AI solutions and digital innovations, combining technology with a human-centric approach to create the best experience.
