• When does the promotional commission rate apply?
  From 1 November 2026 to 31 December 2026, inclusive.
• Which service packages are eligible for the offer?
  “Business Elite+”, “Business Comfort”, “Business Direct”, “BenefIT”, “Business Classic”, “My FOP”.
• Who is eligible for the promotion?
  New and existing Business Banking customers who are sole proprietors or individuals engaged in independent professional activities.
• Are there any exceptions?
  The promotional commission rate does not apply to existing customers who already have a different promotional commission rate for foreign currency sales.
• Does the promotion cover foreign currency purchases and conversions?
  No. The 0% commission rate under this promotion applies only to foreign currency sales.
