Thanks to the charitable contributions of employees of Raiffeisen Bank Aval provided assistance to 40 critically ill children in the amount of more than 133 thousand UAH

Kiev. May 4. – Starting from March 2016, Raiffeisen Bank Aval continues a perpetual charity event in support of children with cancer «Help those who need it”, in cooperation with all-Ukrainian charitable Foundation “Guarantee”.

In the framework of the Bank's employees monthly list charitable contributions to a special account in VBF “Guarantee”, are sent earmarked for the purchase of medicines for children with cancer from poor families who are undergoing treatment in specialized medical institutions of Ukraine.

For the period from March 2016 to April 2017, at the expense of the collected means have been able to assist in the treatment of 40 patients of the children's branch of the National cancer Institute, Division of pediatric neurosurgery and ENT KZ “Western Ukrainian specialized children's medical center” for a total of about 133,5 thousand UAH.

in April this year, financial assistance for the purchase of necessary medicines for the total amount of UAH 27830 got eight children who are undergoing treatment in different medical institutions of Ukraine: Yaroslav L., age 12, from the Zhytomyr region, Maxim S., 13 years old, from Zaporozhye., Andrew N., 14 years old, Kherson region, Jaroslav K., 2 years with the Donetsk region, Andriy H., 8 years of Zakarpattia region, Alexey K., 13 years old, Kiev region., Ian N., 19, from the Chernigov region and Karina V., 11 months old, from the Volyn region.

Perpetual charity event in Raiffeisen Bank Aval continues. Bank employees continue to provide vital assistance for treatment to children suffering from cancer.
