Raiffeisen Bank Branches Become Pet-Friendly

Raiffeisen Bank is introducing a Pet-Friendly culture across its branches. Since April, more than 260 branches throughout Ukraine have been operating in an updated format that allows clients to visit the bank together with their dogs.

Handling financial matters is now even easier, without the need to leave your pet at home or wait outside. The main goal is to make banking services more convenient and closer to clients’ everyday lives, creating a barrier-free customer experience.

The project has been implemented in partnership with Kormotech, Ukraine’s largest manufacturer of pet food for dogs and cats. The company promotes responsible pet ownership and produces brands including Optimeal, Club 4 Paws, Delickcious, Meow! Gav!, and My Love (for international markets).

Pet-Friendly branches are easy to recognize thanks to a special sticker on the entrance door. Inside, clients will find a sign with guidelines for visiting with dogs, as well as a water bowl available for pets.

How the Pet-Friendly format works

To ensure a comfortable experience for all visitors, the bank asks dog owners to follow simple rules:

• Keep your pet close: use a short leash (up to 1.5 m) and a muzzle (for breeds listed as potentially dangerous under applicable legislation).
• Your dog should be socialized, non-aggressive, and have up-to-date vaccinations.
• In case of an “unexpected accident,” please have bags and wipes available for cleaning. If floors or furniture are soiled, clean them promptly. If you need assistance, inform a bank employee and we will resolve it together.
• Make sure your dog does not disturb others and do not leave your pet unattended.
