🏆 Raiffeisen Bank's FX ecosystem took 3rd place in the "Best B2B CX Case" category at UCXE'26.

It is a comprehensive set of solutions for corporate clients that brings FX services together and gives access to them for both standard operations and more complex business needs.

💵 It includes: the FX Light service for fast currency operations, SWIFT GPI Tracker for transparent tracking of international payments, AI-powered solutions, support in preparing foreign trade contracts, electronic document flow in internet banking with no need to visit a branch, and personalized client support.

"This was our first time taking part in the event, and we entered our entire FX ecosystem in the competition, across Raiffeisen Business Online and MyRaif, for both legal entities and individuals, with a special focus on the new engine of the system, FX Light.

In the "Best B2B CX Case" category, we found ourselves among very strong participants. Nevertheless, the expert panel gave high marks to our work, both the essay and the presentation of the product as a whole.

A place on the podium is an important recognition of our achievements. At the same time, the ecosystem's key innovations are already helping us set high standards in the market. One in every ten US dollars and euros in Ukraine's foreign trade passes through our system, which makes it critical infrastructure in wartime.

This award is a tribute to the work of all the teams and specialists involved in developing the ecosystem. And it is certainly not our last accolade, as we still have many ideas for developing the product," said Emal Bakhtari, Director of the Financial Instruments Sales Department.
