Enkelejd Zotaj joined the Board of Raiffeisen Bank Aval

The Supervisory Board of Raiffeisen Bank Aval by its decision has expanded the composition of the bank’s Management Board – since 1 May, 2020, Enkelejd Zotaj has taken up his duties as Deputy Chairman of the Board. He is responsible for information technologies in the bank.

Enkelejd Zotaj (38 years old) originally is from Albania, has more than 17 years of experience in technology, banking, and driving the organization in its digital  transformation.

Since 2004, he had been building his professional career at Raiffeisen Bank (Albania), in 2011-2017 hold the positions of Chief Architect and Head of IT in that bank.

Since 2017 till recently, he has been acting as Executive Director of IT at Raiffeisen Bank Croatia.

Enkelejd received his master's degree in computer science from the University of Tirana, and completed a joint MBA program at the University of Tirana and the University of Nebraska.

The main tasks of the new Board member are digital transformation of the bank, development and implementation of IT strategy, management of IT architecture and finances, providing high quality and cost-effective IT solutions for business.
