Now Raif clients have more time to apply for currency exchange transactions

Good news for Raiffeisen Bank clients: both legal entities and individuals-entrepreneurs. From now on, there are extended regulations for submitting applications on purchase, sale and exchange of foreign currency to participate in trading session.

In particular, our clients have more time to apply for a foreign exchange transaction:

- to purchase currency:

The main time is from 9:00 to 12:00 on the day of currency purchase (subject to the availability of hryvnia equivalent and documents for such transaction) or until 15:00 on the day before currency purchase (if it is the first transaction under the new package of documents / NBU indicators

Additional time - from 12:00 to 15:00*.

- for currency sale:

The main time is from 9:00 to 14:00. Additional time is from 14:00 to 15:00*.

(applications submitted later are executed the next operational day)

- currency exchange

The main time is from 9:00 to 13:00. Additional time - from 13:00 to 15:00*.

Please note, submitting an application in overtime, the bank is unable to guarantee its execution on the same day due to the following factors:

• execution of application depends on situation at the interbank foreign exchange market in Ukraine;
• the need of additional verification from the bank, if you perform the first transaction under the contract or the transaction contains risk indicators;
• the need of prior approval of the acceptance of the application for trading with the responsible manager for sales of forex products.

In addition, the closing rate of application may differ from the closing rate of other orders completed by the bank in trading session in the first half of the current day. The full package of supporting documents (if they are not already in Raif) must be submitted to the bank in one business day before transaction.
