The authorized capital Raiffeisen Bank Aval has been increased to 6.15 billion.

Kiev. March 10. — the Authorized capital of JSC «Raiffeisen Bank Aval” increased by 3 151 741 350 UAH. — up to 6 154 516 258 UAH. according to the results of placement of ordinary registered shares of the new issue and check the results of their placement in the National Commission on securities and stock market.

thus the Bank completed the procedure of increasing the tier 1 capital, announced on 25 November 2015, during the signing of the agreement between Raiffeisen Bank international AG(RBI) and the European Bank for reconstruction and development (EBRD).

thus, on the basis of the register of holders of registered securities as of March 1, 2016, received from the National Depository of Ukraine, the share of RBI in the total number of shares of Raiffeisen Bank Aval has decreased to 68.28%. The share of the Bank, as stipulated by the terms of the agreement, is 30%.

“Joining the European Bank for reconstruction and development in tier 1 capital confirms the reliability of our financial institutions and opens up new opportunities for our further cooperation", - said Volodymyr Lavrenchuk, Chairman of the Board of Raiffeisen Bank Aval. — We also declare that all the requirements for capitalization in the event our shareholders and the Bank made in a short time and to the full extent”.
