Applications for the SvitloDIM program in the Kharkiv region have started

From 14 April, co-owners of apartment buildings in the Kharkiv region can submit applications for participation in the SvitloDIM program on the Diya portal. The government decided to expand the program on 3 April to help the region prepare its housing infrastructure for possible long-term power outages.
