SEP 23/7 – even faster electronic interbank payments for Raif clients!

Raiffeisen Bank Aval is among the first banks in Ukraine that starting from 3 August will provide their clients with an opportunity to make all interbank payments via the NBU system of electronic payments (NBU SEP) in extended mode.

This opportunity will be accessible for all clients of Raiffeisen Bank Aval: private individuals, entrepreneurs and large corporations which will make electronic payments.  The service does not require any additional actions on the side of clients.

Electronic payments from an account in Raiffeisen Bank Aval to another account in our or other bank will be processed in working and rest days, as well as on public holidays in extended mode.  

The only exclusion is processing of transfers in paper format. With this regard, we advise our clients to actively use the possibilities of payments in extended mode via the new internet banking system:

— For private clients – Raiffeisen Online;

— For corporate and SME clients – Raiffeisen Business Online.

As introduction of the 23/7 mode is a voluntary option for banks, the actual crediting funds to accounts in other banks will depend on the time of the beginning and the end of the operation in the SEP by the receiving bank.

In case of money transfer from accounts in another bank working in 23/7 extended mode, crediting funds to accounts in Raiffeisen Bank Aval will be made in extended mode not only in working days, but also on weekends and public holidays*.
