Raiffeisen Bank, VISA and European Business Association (EBA) continue a series of webinars on the educational platform for entrepreneurs SME ONLINE Hub as part of the joint project Unlimit Ukraine.

At the next webinar to be held on June 17 entrepreneurs will have a chance to learn from an expert about the process and the features specific to business launching in Germany for the Ukrainian entrepreneurs, find out about the key steps, requirements, as well as ins and outs of the business operation in Germany. The webinar will be relevant for entrepreneurs planning business expansion abroad since it facilitates the support of the parent business in Ukraine.

We offer you to discuss this relevant topic online together with Oleksandra Yamshchykova, CEO and co-founder of Young Business Club — an international entrepreneurs’ network with members across Ukraine and abroad.

The following issues will be discussed during the webinar:

  • What is the difference between different forms of business in Germany and how to choose the right form depending on the types of activities and business needs;
  • What documents are required, how long does the process take and how much does the business launching in Germany cost;
  • What types of activities require a license or a permit in Germany, how to receive a license properly and what aspects should be paid attention to;
  • What specific limitations and requirements exist in terms of business activities, staff employment, entering into contracts and consumer rights protection;
  • What are the tax rates for business and private individuals, how to prepare tax declaration and pay taxes properly;
  • what are the standards and requirements to financial reporting and the specific features of accounting in Germany;
  • what documents are required for the account opening, what should be considered when choosing the bank or the payment system and how compliance verification of customers is carried out;
  • what are the features specific to the loan receipt, what government support programs exist for entrepreneurs and how to raise and document investments properly;
  • how to consider language and cultural differences when doing business in Germany, what to focus on in the cooperation with partners, customers and state authorities.

The webinar starts at 11:00 on June 17. The participation is free after the prior registration at the link.

We look forward to seeing the entrepreneurs at SME ONLINE Hub to share knowledge and ideas, which will enable them to expand their business and find new ways of their business development.
