Raiffeisen Bank Joins the National “BEZ MEZH” Platform

In Ukraine, the BEZ MEZH mobile app has launched, bringing together for the first time in one place services, opportunities, and partner offers for veterans, women veterans, and their family members. Raiffeisen Bank has joined the platform as a banking partner.
BEZ MEZH is primarily about access to special offers and discounts from partner businesses. The app also brings together medical, rehabilitation, educational, sports, and other services that are essential in everyday life.
Raiffeisen Bank has joined BEZ MEZH as a banking partner to make access to financial opportunities for veterans and their families even easier. Participation in the platform is a continuation of the bank’s systematic efforts to create an accessible and barrier-free environment for veterans and their family members.
Raiffeisen Bank was one of the first banks in Ukraine to introduce the Veteran Officer role — a specialist responsible for coordinating the bank’s veteran policy and supporting employees from the moment of mobilization through their return to work after military service. The bank also develops dedicated solutions and services for veterans, including priority banking services; adapts branches and workplace processes; supports veterans’ employment and professional reintegration; and participates in medical, rehabilitation, and entrepreneurship programs. In recognition of this systematic work, Raiffeisen Bank was included in Forbes Ukraine’s list of the best employers for veterans and women veterans.
Through BEZ MEZH, the bank aims to be part of an ecosystem where veterans and their families can find relevant opportunities in one place — from financial services and special offers to support, development, and reintegration programs.
“Support for veterans should become part of the country’s everyday infrastructure — as natural and accessible as financial, educational, or government services. BEZ MEZH is taking an important step in this direction by bringing fragmented opportunities together into a single, easy-to-understand system and shortening the path from a need to a specific solution. For veterans and their families, this means greater independence in making choices, easier access to essential services, and broader opportunities for professional and personal development. This is how a mature environment is built — one where respect is reflected not only in intentions, but also in decisions and concrete actions,” says Natalia Gurina, Chair of the Management Board of Raiffeisen Bank.
The BEZ MEZH app offers:
- special offers and discounts from partner businesses for veterans and their family members
- medical, rehabilitation, and psychological services
- educational opportunities
- sports programs
- professional development opportunities
- services for veterans’ families
- partner initiatives and opportunities in communities across Ukraine
The BEZ MEZH mobile app was developed by the BEZ MEZH NGO in partnership with ideil., with the support of the Algorithm of Actions NGO.
