Raiffeisen Bank Aval is the best employer in the financial services industry

Kyiv. 17 April. - Raiffeisen Bank Aval for the second year in a row becomes the best employer in the field of financial services, according to the results of an independent study of the attractiveness Randstad Employer Brand Research.

Randstad conducts an independent survey of employer attractiveness annually. 33 countries take part in the study in 2020. In addition to salary, training and career development, the study also considered the financial solvency of companies, company shares, company reputation, flexible working hours and the ability to work from home, additional leave, travel insurance abroad, and more.

On April 16th, ANCOR hosted a live broadcast to share the results of Randstad Employer Brand Research, an independent international survey of employer brand in Ukraine.

The Randstad Employer Brand Research Award is an award received annually by the most attractive employer. The prize is awarded to the winner based on the results of an independent study. In each country, the answers of at least 7,000 respondents - representatives of the working and non-working population - determine the winner of the largest permanent staff of employers: the company that receives the most points is considered the most attractive to work.
