Raif took 3rd place in the "Best CX Case for UX/UI Application" category at UCXE'26.

The award recognized a case built around auto-filling payment details for IBAN transfers in MyRaif. The idea behind it came from a simple customer need: making payments quickly, without having to copy and enter every field by hand.
To understand how people actually use the service, the team regularly conducts research and takes part in Product Days with the bank's clients. It's an opportunity to get direct feedback, hear about users' real pain points and challenges, and test hypotheses before they're even built.
While researching how convenient IBAN transfers really are, we found an important insight: clients feel anxious when making this kind of payment. To avoid mistakes, they write the details down on a piece of paper, enter them manually, and then double- or triple-check every field.
We turned that pain point into a single simple action. Copy the whole message with the payment details from a messenger or email, open MyRaif, tap "Paste," and the fields fill in automatically.
"Taking 3rd place at Ukrainian CX Excellence 2026 in the 'Best CX Case for UX/UI Application' category proves that when a business genuinely listens to people through research, everyone wins. The number of errors dropped by almost half, and the time to complete a payment went from two minutes to 20 seconds," says Anna Grechaniuk, Product Implementation Project Manager for the retail business.
For us, a great customer experience doesn't start with a feature. It starts with understanding a need. That's why we keep listening to our clients, testing hypotheses, and turning their everyday challenges into simple solutions in MyRaif.
